Pizza Dough Bread

I make pizza dough about once a month and throw it in the freezer.  We love pizza and trying new toppings (more on that next week) and homemade crust it a must!!  Sometimes, though, we decide just to make the dough.  We let it unthaw (about an hour and a half), stretch it out, mix together some EVOO, herb of province, and parmesan, bush it on, and throw it in the over (400 degrees for about 20 mins).  It is soo easy, and often hits the spot.  We also like to have some dipping oils to the side for fun!
A few things...
1. Super excited about this weekend!  We are actually taking tomorrow off to go visit friends and go to a wedding in Chattanooga.  We have not had a day off since New Years day so it is about time.
2. Sorry these pictures are a little orangey.  I am still working on the whole photography thing.  Any good pointers for taking photos in your house at night?
3. Like my tie shirt?  The mister hates it.  Haha
4. Did I mention how excited I am to have ONE day off!! Pitiful.

I may or may not be around tomorrow.  We will see how things go.  If not, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Much Love,
Mere

  1. Bless you, this looks so delish and I must try it. I'm obsessed with bread.. any kind of bread! And the orangey photo thing, I'm not sure what kind of camera you have but if its an SLR go to the white balance and change it to whatever kind of lighting you are in whether it be tugsten (usually that's what indoor lighting is) daylight, cloudy, etc. but ya hopefully that helps a little.

    Have a fabulous weekend off!!
